Delete Your Account
You can delete your UnoPeak account at any time directly inside the app — no email required, no waiting period.
How to delete
- Open UnoPeak.
- Go to your Profile tab.
- Tap Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Confirm.
That's it. The deletion happens immediately.
What happens to your data
When you delete your account, we anonymize your profile and archive your historical training data. Specifically:
- Your name and email are replaced with anonymous placeholders. You can no longer log in.
- Your push notification tokens are revoked. You will not receive any further notifications.
- Your historical workouts and logs are kept in archived form, but the person you were paired with (your coach if you are an athlete, your athletes if you are a coach) can still see their own copy of the shared training history. Your name in their view becomes "Deleted user".
- Chat messages you sent are kept in the conversations they belong to, with your name shown as "Deleted user" so the other side can still read the conversation context.
- Your coach-athlete connection is archived. You no longer appear in active lists.
We do this so that when one side of a pair leaves UnoPeak, the other person does not lose their own training history that they participated in.
What is fully removed
- Your ability to log in.
- Your name and email — replaced with anonymous placeholders that cannot be linked back to you.
- Your active push tokens.
- Your active coach-athlete connections (archived, no longer functional).
Can I undo deletion?
No. Deletion is permanent and immediate. If you want UnoPeak again later, you can sign up with a new account, but your old data will not come back.
Why we don't ask you to confirm via email
Apple's App Store guidelines require account deletion to be available inside the app, with no extra friction like email confirmation or waiting periods. We follow that rule.
Questions
If you want to delete your account but can't access the app (forgot password, locked out), email team@unopeak.com from the email associated with your account, and ask us to delete it. We will confirm and do it manually.
