Terms of Service

These are the terms you agree to when you use UnoPeak. By creating an account or continuing to use the app, you accept them.
Who can use UnoPeak
You must be at least 13 years old. You must have legal capacity to agree to these terms.
Your account
You provide an accurate email and your real name. You are responsible for keeping your password safe. If you suspect someone else has access, change your password and contact us at team@unopeak.com.
You may have one of two roles: athlete or coach. Coaches plan workouts, athletes execute them. You can change your role only by contacting us — not from the app.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use UnoPeak to harass, harm, or send abusive content to anyone — including the coach or athlete you are paired with.
- Try to access another user's account or data.
- Reverse-engineer the app, scrape our servers, or attempt to disrupt the service.
- Upload illegal content.
If you break these rules we may suspend or delete your account, with or without notice depending on severity.
What UnoPeak provides
UnoPeak helps a coach and an athlete plan, execute, and discuss training. Training plans are made by the coach you are paired with — UnoPeak itself does not provide medical, fitness, or coaching advice. We are a tool for your coach to use, not a substitute for professional judgment.
Health disclaimer
Endurance training involves physical risk. Talk to a doctor before starting any program, especially if you have a medical condition. Listen to your body. UnoPeak and your coach are not your doctor. If something hurts, stop.
Service availability
We try to keep UnoPeak available, but we don't guarantee zero downtime. We may take the service offline for maintenance. We may also discontinue features.
Termination
You can delete your account anytime in the app (Settings → Account → Delete account).
We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or use UnoPeak for something harmful. We will email you a notice unless the harm is severe enough that we need to act first.
Liability
UnoPeak is provided "as is". We don't warrant that the app will be error-free or that the data will be perfectly accurate. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages — including injury, lost data, or lost training time.
This does not limit liability for things the law does not allow us to limit (gross negligence, intentional misconduct).
Changes
We may update these terms. If we change anything material, we will update the date at the top and notify you in the app. Continuing to use UnoPeak after a material change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by your local consumer protection laws. If a dispute cannot be resolved by talking to us at team@unopeak.com, it will be resolved in the courts having jurisdiction over your residence.
