Common questions
How do I invite my coach?
Open UnoPeak → today's screen → tap Bring your coach to UnoPeak → tap Share invite. Send the link to your coach via Telegram, WhatsApp, iMessage, or any other messenger. When your coach taps the link, they will see your profile and be able to accept.
How do I invite my athlete?
If you are a coach, go to the Athletes tab → tap Invite athlete. Send the link to your athlete the same way.
My coach hasn't joined yet — what now?
The invite link stays valid until you cancel it. You can re-share it any time. If your coach has trouble, ask them to open the link in a phone browser — they will land on a page where they can sign up or log in.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Account → Delete account. See /delete-account for what happens to your data.
How do I change my training thresholds?
Open your profile → Edit → adjust thresholds and zones. Your coach will see the updated values immediately.
I logged a workout by mistake.
Open the workout → Edit log → change or delete the entry.
My coach can't see my log.
Pull to refresh on the coach's app, or wait a few seconds — logs sync over the network. If it's still missing after a minute, contact team@unopeak.com with your account email and the workout date.
I can't log in.
Reset your password from the login screen. If the reset email doesn't arrive, check spam. Still nothing — email team@unopeak.com.
How do you protect my data?
See /privacy for the full picture. Short version: your data is shared only with the coach or athlete you are paired with, and we don't sell it or use it for ads.

For everything else, email team@unopeak.com and include:
- Your account email.
- A short description of the problem.
- A screenshot if you can.
We will get back to you. If your message is about a billing question — UnoPeak is currently free, so there is no billing. If someone has charged you claiming to be UnoPeak, that is fraud — let us know.
